[ REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8862, August 22, 2000 ]

AN ACT ESTABLISHING A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN BARANGAY KAKIDUGUEN, MUNICIPALITY OF KASIBU, PROVINCE OF NUEVA VIZCAYA TO BE KNOWN AS THE KAKIDUGUEN NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. There shall be established, under the supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports, a national high school in Barangay Kakiduguen, Municipality of Kasibu, Province of Nueva Vizcaya, to be known as the Kakiduguen National High School.

SEC. 2. The Secretary of Education, Culture and Sports shall promulgate the necessary rules and regulations for the effective implementation of this Act.

SEC. 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.

SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

This Act which originated in the House of Representatives was finally passed by the House of Representatives and the Senate on March 9, 1999 and June 5, 2000, respectively.
