REPUBLIC ACT NO. 4831 - AN ACT INCREASING THE BED CAPACITY OF THE AGUSAN PROVINCIAL HOSPITAL IN BUTUAN CITY, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. The bed capacity of the Agusan Provincial Hospital in Butuan City is hereby increased to one hundred beds.

SEC. 2. The sum of one million pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to carry out the purpose of this Act during the fiscal year nineteen hundred sixty-seven. Thereafter, such sums as may be needed for the same purpose shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
