MONTEMAYOR, J.:

Appeal from the decision of the Court of First Instance of Zambales nullifying the sale of land made on May 12, 1944 by Victorio Medal in favor of plaintiff and ordering the latter to vacate the land and deliver its possession to plaintiffs and to pay defendant after delivery of the land to them, the amount of P1,500 Philippine currency, with interest at 6% per annum from the time they repossess the land in question until said amount is fully paid.
