tation and Motion" seeking the aiseiasal of the above-
entitled ease based un her allegeu understsnding with
the raapondent that her tax liability wili be considered
terminated upon payment of 3,000.00, otherwise, the postm
ponement and subsequent hearing thereof on the merits

During the hearing cf the saia motion on Hebruary
7, 1972, respondent s counsel moved thet he be given
15 day up to 7ebruaty 22, l972,within which to verif
whether or not petitioner's tax liability has been settled
in full and, upon faiiufe to interpose a ticely objec-
tion, this case will be autoratically dismissed (P. 79
CtA rec.). However, despite the expiraticn of one l
month, neither respcndent nor his coumsel has .ever filed
any objection to petiticnerts sanifestation and motion.
WisRkrune, the above-entitlea case is hereby
DISMISSED.
