REPUBLIC ACT NO. 9643 - AN ACT DECLARING MARCH 21 OF EVERY YEAR A SPECIAL NONWORKING HOLIDAY IN VICTORIAS CITY, PROVINCE OF NEGROS OCCIDENTAL

SECTION 1. March 21 of every year is hereby declared a special nonworking holiday in Victorias City, Province of Negros Occidental, to commemorate the day it was converted into a component city.

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
