Petitioner, in his Motion to Withdraw, alleges that on July 9, 2021 , he filed a Motion for Extension of Time to file Petition for Review with the Court En Bane upon his receipt of the Resolution dated June 3, 2021 issued by the Court in Division. While the aforesaid Resolution denied respondent's Motion for Reconsideration, petitioner erroneously thought that said Resolution disposed of his own Motion for Reconsideration albeit none was actually fi led by petitioner. Realizing his error, petitioner now moves for the withdrawal of his Motion for Extension of Time to file Petition for Review. In the Resolution dated September 20, 2021 , the Court already denied petitioner's Motion for Extension of T ime to File Petition for Review for being belatedly filed.
