REPUBLIC ACT NO. 5266 - AN ACT ESTABLISHING A FISHERY STATION AT SAGAY, CAMIGUIN, MISAMIS ORIENTAL, TO BE KNOWN AS SAGAY FISHERY STATION AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR.

AN ACT ESTABLISHING A FISHERY STATION AT SAGAY, CAMIGUIN, MISAMIS ORIENTAL, TO BE KNOWN AS SAGAY FISHERY STATION AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. There is hereby established, under the direct supervision of the Philippine Fisheries Commissioner, a fishery station at Sagay, Camiguin, Misamis Oriental, to be known as Sagay Fishery Station.

SEC. 2. The sum of one hundred thousand pesos is authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment, operation and maintenance of said fishery station during the fiscal year nineteen hundred sixty-nine. Thereafter, such sum as may be necessary for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
