CIRCULAR LETTER Series of 1999
TO : All Banks and Non-Bank Financial Institutions with Quasi-Banking Functions
The Monetary Board, in its Resolution No. 46 dated 7 January 1998, authorized the establishment and operation of BANGKO KREDITO SAVINGS AND MORTGAGE BANK, INC. as a thrift bank.
The Certificate of Authority to operate was signed and issued by the Governor on 4 May 1999. The bank started operations on 5 May 1999.
