REPUBLIC ACT NO. 4710 - AN ACT ESTABLISHING A MARINE FISHERY SCHOOL AND LABORATORY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MALOLOS, PROVINCE OF BULACAN, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. There shall be established and maintained under the supervision of the Director of Vocational Education a marine fishery school and laboratory in the Municipality of Malolos, Province of Bulacan.

SEC. 2. The sum of three hundred fifty thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to carry out the purpose of this Act during the fiscal year nineteen hundred sixty-seven. Thereafter, the necessary amount for the purpose shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
