AN ACT TO AMEND A CERTAIN ITEM IN REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED TWENTY-SEVEN HUNDRED AND ONE.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. Item (t), under Group III for the Province of Cebu, page 340, paragraph (c), Section two of Republic Act Numbered Twenty-seven, hundred and one, is hereby amended to read as follows:

"(t) Carcar Central School, Carcar Construction of two 3-room School Buildings, 'Noel type'

P30,000.00"

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

Enacted, without Executive approval, June 18, 1961.
