REPUBLIC ACT NO. 5943 - AN ACT AMENDING SECTION ONE OF REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED FIVE HUNDRED SIXTY, ENTITLED "AN ACT CREATING THE MUNICIPALITY OF BUSUANGA IN THE PROVINCE OF PALAWAN."

AN ACT AMENDING SECTION ONE OF REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED FIVE HUNDRED SIXTY, ENTITLED "AN ACT CREATING THE MUNICIPALITY OF BUSUANGA IN THE PROVINCE OF PALAWAN."

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. Section one of Republic Act Numbered Five hundred sixty, entitled "An Act creating the Municipality of Busuanga in the Province of Palawan," is hereby amended to read as follows:

"SECTION 1. The barrios of Sagrada, Maglalambay, Bogtong, San Isidro, Pallitan, San Rafael, Concepcion, Salvacion, Busuanga, Buluang, Quezon, Calawit, and Cheey, in the Municipality of Coron, Province of Palawan, are separated from said municipality and constituted into a new Municipality of Busuanga with the present site of the barrio of Salvacion as the seat of the government."

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
