SUSPENSION FROM THE PRACTICE OF LAW FOR SIX (6) MONTHS OF ATTY. EMMANUEL P. SAÑO AND REVOCATION OF THE NOTARIAL COMMISSION AND DISQUALIFICATION FROM REAPPOINTMENT AS NOTARY PUBLIC FOR TWO (2) YEARS.

For your information and guidance, quoted hereunder is the dispositive "on of tho Decision on the Third Division dated 11 September 2008, in Administrative Case No. 6505 entitled, "Jessica C. Uy vs. Atty. Emmanuel Saño, to wit:

" WHEREFORE , premises considered, respondent Emmanuel F. Sane is hereby SUSPENDED from the practice of law tor a period of six (6) months. In addition, his present notarial commission, it" any, is HEREBY REVOKED , and he is DISQUALIFIED from reappointment as a notary public for a period of two (2) years. He is further WARMED that any similar act or infraction in the future shall be dealt with more severely."

On 4 October 2008 respondent received she said resolution as per Registry Return Receipt No 35280, and he did net Hie any motion for reconsideration thereof.
