TO; ALL AUTHORIZED AGENT BANKS, NON-BANK BSP-SUPERVISED ENTITIES AND THEIR SUBSIDIARY/ AFFILIATE FOREX CORPORATIONS, FOREIGN EXCHANGE DEALERS/MONEY CHANGERS AND REMITTANCE AGENTS
Please be advised that the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas Registration Document (BSRD) with reference no. BSP-IOD (FB) 2005360 issued by the International Department, Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas covering Philippine Asset Investment (SPV-AMC), Inc.‘s loan from Morgan Stanley Emerging Markets Inc. in the US dollar equivalent of PhP164,045,600 has been reported lost.
Said document has been replaced and should not be honored if presented for purchase of foreign exchange for payment of loans pursuant to the requirements of Item B.l of Annex B to BSP Circular No. 388 dated 26 May 2003.
