REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8460 - AN ACT ESTABLISHING A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CONCEPCION, PROVINCE OF ILOILO, TO BE KNOWN AS THE CONCEPCION NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL

AN ACT ESTABLISHING A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CONCEPCION, PROVINCE OF ILOILO, TO BE KNOWN AS THE CONCEPCION NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled: SECTION 1. There shall be established a national high school in the Municipality of Concepcion, Province of Iloilo, to be known as the Concepcion National High School.

SEC. 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

Approved, lapsed into law on January 19, 1998, without the signature of the President, in accordance with Article VI, Section 27 (1) of the Constitution.
