TO: Authorized Agent Banks
Effective August 8, 1992, banks shall ship directly to their correspondent banks their foreign currency notes for credit to their accounts abroad without coursing the foreign currency notes through the Central Bank Cash Department and/or its extension units in the regions under the so-called swap arrangement.
