TO: ALL CONCERNED MEMBERS OF THE PHILIPPINE COURT EMPLOYEES AND RETIREES MULTI PURPOSE COOPERATIVE OF THE REGIONAL TRIAL COURT AND METROPOLITAN TRIAL COURT OF QUEZON CITY
SUBJECT : ANNUAL GENERAL ASSEMBLY ON 23 MARCH 2018 AT THE HALL OF JUSTICE BASEMENT, QUEZON CITY
The Philippine Court Employees and Retirees Multi-Purpose Cooperative (PCER-MPC) will hold its Annual General Assembly on 23 March 2018, from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., at the Hall of Justice Basement, Quezon City.
In connection therewith, all concerned members of the cooperative are hereby authorized to attend the annual general assembly on OFFICIAL TIME, provided that there is a prior written permission from the Executive/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.
Mr. Vivencio S. Baclig, Chairperson of the PCER-MPC, shall submit to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, a report on the conduct of the assembly with the complete list of the attendees within ten (10) days from its conclusion.
