REPUBLIC ACT NO. 2882 - AN ACT AMENDING ITEM (13) ON PAGE 151, SUB-PARAGRAPH 38 FOR THE PROVINCE OF NEGROS ORIENTAL, UNDER PARAGRAPH C, TITLE A OF SECTION ONE OF REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED TWENTY-THREE HUNDRED AND ONE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. Item (13) on page 151, subparagraph 38 for the Province of Negros Oriental, under paragraph c, Title A of Section one of Republic Act Numbered Twenty-three hundred and one is amended to read as follows:
"(13) Pacuan Elementary School Building,
La Libertad ............P10, 000.00."
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
Enacted without Executive approval, June 19, 1960.
