MARIDO Y MUJER; SOCIEDAD DE GANANCIALES; VENTA HECHA POR EL MARIDO; VALIDEZ.—Aun suponiendo que la enajenacion hecha por el esposo P. B. fuese ilegal o fraudulenta, la misma no se tendria por nula necesariamente, si al liquidarse la sociedad de gananciales le correspondieran al difunto bienes bastantes para cubrir el importe de dicha enajenacion, puesto que dicho importe se traeria a colacion al tenor del articulo 1419, Codigo Civil.
