PER CURIAM:

Review of a judgment of the Court of First of Agusan finding defendants guilty of robbery with multiple homicide and sentencing them each to suffer the penalty of death with the accessory penalties, to jointly and severally indemnity the heirs of the deceased Leona Agustin, Arcadia Domingo, Herico Domingo, and Carlito Domecil in the sum of P6,000 and each to pay one-third of the costs.
