REPUBLIC ACT NO. 2888 - AN ACT REAPPROPRIATING CERTAIN SUMS UNDER REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED TWENTY-THREE HUNDRED AND ONE FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE JIMALALUD MUNICIPAL HALL IN THE PROVINCE OF NEGROS ORIENTAL.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. The sums appropriated under items (c), (d) and (k) on pages 440 and 441, subparagraph 38, paragraph d, Section two of Republic Act Numbered Twenty-three hundred and one, in the total amount of twenty-five thousand pesos, are hereby reappropriated for the construction of the Jimalalud Municipal Hall in the Municipality of Jimalalud, Province of Negros Oriental.
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
Enacted without Executive approval, June 19, 1960.
