REPUBLIKA NG PILIPINAS KAGAWARAN NG PANANALAPI KAWANIHAN NG RENTAS INTERNAS Agham Road, Diliman, Quezon City 10 June 2005 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 24-2005 SUBJECT : Submission of Accomplishment Reports for Stop Filer Cases Revenue District Officers and Others Concerned TO : In line with the Program of this Bureau to reward deserving Stop-Filer Case Officers and pursuant to the provisions of Revenue Memorandum Order No. 14-2005 dated May 20, 2005, all Revenue District Offices are hereby required to submit Accomplishment Reports for Stop-Filer Cases using the attached format as follows: Annex "A" � Accomplishment Report for Stop-Filer Cases for calendar year 2004 Annex "B" � Accomplishment Report for Stop-Filer Cases for the period January to May 2005 Annex "C" � Accomplishment Report for Stop-Filer Cases for the Month The fully accomplished Annexes "A" and "B" shall be submitted to the Assistant Commissioner, Collection Service, Attention: The Chief, Collection Programs Division on or before 30 June 2005.
