DIALOGUE ON THE CONDUCT OF PRE-TRIAL AND USE OF DEPOSITION AND MODES OF DISCOVERY PROCEDURES

To assist the judges in fully utilizing the pre-trial procedures, the Office of the Court Administrator had come out with video presentation denoting the pre-trial procedures in civil and criminal cases in the first and second level courts and the use of deposition and other modes of discovery procedures.

This video production will be presented for evaluation, critiquing and refinement in a dialogue with stakeholders to be held on May 11, 2007 at the Sarabia Manor Hotel and Convention Center, lloilo City from 11:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M.

All concerned are DIRECTED to attend the said dialogue. The attendance thereat is MANDATORY and on OFFICIAL TIME. Any scheduled hearing on this day may be cancelled provided the parties are duly notified.
