REPUBLIC ACT NO. 6272 - AN ACT ESTABLISHING AN EMERGENCY HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PANDI, PROVINCE OF BULACAN, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. There shall be established, under the direct supervision of the Director of Hospitals, an emergency hospital in the Municipality of Pandi, Province of Bulacan. The Director of Hospitals through the approval of the department head shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purposes of this Act.

SEC. 2. The sum of one hundred thousand pesos is hereby appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment, operation and maintenance of said hospital for the fiscal year nineteen hundred and seventy-one. Thereafter, such sum as may be necessary for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
