X- - - - - - - - -X RE S 0 LUT I 0 N It appearing that petitioner is no longer interested in pursuing its appeal to this Court as indicated in the "Motion To Withdraw Petition" filed on January 13, 1989 on the ground that the tax liabilities sought to be collected herein have already been settled by way of compromise pursuant to Executive Order No. 44, with petitioner paying the compromised amount of P4,429.08 as evidenced by respondent's letter dated April 20, 1987, annex A, accepting petitioner's offer of compromise~ as well as annexes B, C and D which are Authority to Accept Payment, BIR Payment Order No. 0518322, and the CB Conf irmation Receipt No. B-12369199 all dated June 16, 1987; and there being no objection on the part of respondent, the said motion is hereby GRANTED. Accordingly, let the petition for review be deemed withdrawn and the above-entitled case considered closed and terminated.
