REPUBLIC ACT NO. 6652 - AN ACT CHANGING THE NAME OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF MARCOS, PROVINCE OF PALAWAN, TO MUNICIPALITY OF DR. JOSE P. RIZAL

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. The name of the Municipality of Marcos in the Province of Palawan is hereby changed to Municipality of Dr. Jose P. Rizal.

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

This Act which originated in the House of Representatives was finally passed by the Senate and the House of Representatives on March 4, 1988 and November 23, 1987, respectively.
