REPUBLIC ACT NO. 1324 - AN ACT TO CREATE THE BARRIO OF BUSGAHAN IN THE CITY OF LIPA

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. The sitios of Duhatan, Tagbakin, Initan, Malabong and Halang, all in the barrio of Pinagtungolan, City of Lipa, are separated from the said barrio, and constituted into a separate barrio in the said city to be known as the barrio of Buñgahan.

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
