Please be advised that Bangko Sentral Registration Documents (BSRDs) Nos. CB-FEOID (FI) 87-00009 and CB-FEOID (FI) 87-00132 dated January 27, 1987 and September 1, 1987 (in letter form) respectively, evidencing registration of the foreign direct investments of Hunt-Wesson Foods, Inc., USA in Hunt Universal Robina Corporation, have been reported lost.

Above-mentioned registration documents have been applied for replacement and should not be honored when presented for capital repatriation or dividend remittance pursuant to section 40 of CB Circular No. 1389 dated April 13, 1993, as amended.
