Petitioner states that on January 30, 2013, its board of directors approved the withdrawal of all its refund claims for input value-added tax pending with this Court, including the above captioned case. In support thereof, petitioner attached a copy of the Secretary's Certificate authorizing their counsel of record to cause the withdrawal of this case (Annex "A"). Considering that the respondent has been given an ample opportunity to comment on the motion to withdraw, any objection on such motion is hereby waived. Therefore, the Court grants the said motion. WHEREFORE, petitioner's "Motion to Withdraw Petition for Review" is hereby GRANTED. Accordingly, the Petition for Review docketed as CTA EB No. 945, is deemed withdrawn. This case is hereby considered CLOSED and TERMINATED.
