SUBJECT

: ATTENDANCE AT THE GENERAL LAW PRACTICE INSTITUTE ON PROCEDURAL LAW ON OCTOBER 13 AND 14, 1997 IN IRIGA CITY

The UP Institute of Judicial Administration, in cooperation with the Rinconada Bar Association of Camarines Sur, will conduct a General Law Practice Institute (GLPI) on Procedural Law, inviting judges, clerks of courts, and legal researchers in Region 5 on October 13 and 14, 1997, in Iriga City.

The participation and attendance of judges, clerks of courts, and legal researchers will be on OFFICIAL TIME, provided that there is no disruption of the court calendar and parties are notified in advance of any cancelled hearing.

A report on the attendance should be submitted to tins office within ten (10) days from date of the institute.
