REPUBLIC ACT NO. 3685 - AN ACT CONVERTING THE SURIGAO HIGH SCHOOL IN THE PROVINCE OF SURIGAO DEL NORTE INTO A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL TO BE KNOWN AS THE SURIGAO DEL NORTE NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR.

AN ACT CONVERTING THE SURIGAO HIGH SCHOOL IN THE PROVINCE OF SURIGAO DEL NORTE INTO A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL TO BE KNOWN AS THE SURIGAO DEL NORTE NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION . 1. The Surigao High School in the Province of Surigao del Norte is hereby converted into a national high school to be known as the Surigao del Norte National High School.

SEC. 2. The sum of one hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the conversion, operation and maintenance of said high school during the fiscal year nineteen hundred sixty-four. There after, such sum as may be needed for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriation Acts.

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
