Please be advised that the following BSRDs, evidencing registration of the foreign direct investments of United Technologies International Corporation - Asia Private Limited, Singapore in Otis E & M Company Philippines, Inc., have been reported lost:

Above-mentioned documents have been applied for replacement and should not be honored if found and presented for purchase of foreign exchange for capital repatriation or dividends remittance pursuant to Section 40 of the Manual of Regulations on Foreign Exchange Transactions issued under Circular No. 645 dated 13 February 2009.
