The Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA), in partnership with The Asia Foundation (TAF) that is lending support to all aspects of this undertaking, will conduct the Second Seminar Workshop on the Indigenous Peoples' Rights Act ("IPRA,", Rep. Attendance in this live-in Seminar shall be MANDATORY and on OFFICIAL BUSINESS. All properly documented travel expenses shall be reimbursed after the seminar.

Formal business attire is required. No companions and no substitution of participants shall be allowed.
