Please be advised that Central Bank Registration Document No. (DE) 94-00341 dated 27 May 1994, evidencing registration of the foreign direct investment of Becton Dickinson Worldwide, Inc., USA in Becton Dickinson Philippines, Inc., has been reported lost.
Abovementioned document has been applied for replacement and should not be honored if found and presented for purchase of foreign exchange for capital repatriation or dividend remittance pursuant to Section 40 of Circular No. 1389 dated 13 April 1993, as amended.
