Jan Francois Rivera Ill manifested that a termination letter has already been issued on petitioner's application for abatement, thus , petitioner filed with this Court a "Manifestation and Motion to Dismiss" on January 29 , 2008 praying for the dismissal of this case . Counsel for respondent, Atty. Jethro M. Sabariaga , interposed no objection to petitioner's motion . Finding petitioner's "Manifestation and Motion to Dismiss", treated herein as a Motion to Withdraw Petition for Review, to be well-taken ; said motion is GRANTED .
