TO : THE CONCERNED NATIONAL OFFICERS OF THE PHILIPPINE ASSOCIATION OF COURT EMPLOYEES

SUBJECT : MEETING WITH THE CHIEF JUSTICE AND EXECUTIVE MEETING ON 09 AND 11 SEPTEMBER 2015 IN MANILA

The national officers of the Philippine Association of Court Employees (PACE) will have a meeting with the Honorable Chief Justice Maria Lourdes P. A. Sereno on 09 September 2015 in her office and, subsequently, hold an Executive Meeting on 11 September 2015 at the PACE Headquarters, 5 th Floor, Manila City Hall Building.

In connection therewith, the following PACE national officers are hereby authorized to attend the meetings, on OFFICIAL TIME, provided that there is prior permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and no disruption of the court calendar:

Atty. Maria Fe O. Maloloy-on, PACE National President, shall submit a report on the conduct of the meetings with the attendance sheet/s to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, within ten (10) days from the conclusion thereof.
