CIRCULAR LETTER Series of 2002
TO : All Banks and Non-Bank Financial Intermediaries with Quasi Banking Functions
The Monetary Board, in its Resolution No. 631 dated April 18, 2000 approved-in-principle the application of Bank of China to establish a branch in the Philippines.
The Certificate of Authority to Operate was signed by the Officer-In-Charge on November 21, 2001.
The Bank started operations on January 28, 2002.
