In vieW of the approved Ieave of ATTY. FAITH M. FAROCHILEN-UMANDAP, OIC - Assistant Commissioner, Legal Service, from August 14 to August 19, 2025, and in order not to disrupt the operation of the Legal Service, as the exigencies of the service so require, ATTY. JUANITO H. BALBASTRE II, OIC Head Revenue Executive Assistant of the Legal Service, is hereby designated as Officer-in-Charge of the Office of the Assistant Commissioner for Legal Service to perform the power and duties confirm upon said Office by existing revenue issuances during the prescribed period.

This Order shall take effect on 14 of August 2025 and shall be automatically revoked upon the return of Atty. Faith M. Farochilen-Umandap for official duty.
