In petitioner's "Urgent Motion to Withdraw the Petition," counsel for petitioner states that after a careful deliberation and evaluation of the incidents surrounding the instant case and upon instruction of the petitioner, petitioner prays that the instant petition be considered withdrawn. Considering that both respondents interpose no objection to the motion, the Court hereby grants said motion. WHEREFORE, premises considered, petitioner's "Urgent Motion to Withdraw the Petition" is hereby GRANTED . Accordingly, the Petition for Review, docketed as C.T.A.
