REPUBLIC ACT NO. 9429 - AN ACT DECLARING SEPTEMBER IS OF EVERY YEAR A SPECIAL WORKING HOLIDAY IN THE CITY OF TACURONG, PROVINCE OF SULTAN KUDARAT, TO COMMEMORATE ITS CHARTER DAY ANNIVERSARY

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. September 18 of every year is hereby declared a special working holiday in the City of Tacurong, Province of Sultan Kudarat to commemorate its charter day anniversary.

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
