REVENUE REGULATIONS NO. 10-99 issued August 25, 1999 prescribes the procedures for the application and grant of permit to use cash register and point-of-sale machines in lieu of registered sales invoices or receipts. The lines of business that may qualify for the issuance of permits to use cash register and point- of-sale machines are specified in the Regulations.
