REPUBLIC ACT NO. 2691 - AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION TWO OF REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED TWO THOUSAND TWO, ENTITLED "AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A BRACKISH WATER EXPERIMENTAL AND DEMONSTRATION FISH FARM IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF HIMAMAYLAN, PROVINCE OF NEGROS OCCIDENTAL, APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR."

AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION TWO OF REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED TWO THOUSAND TWO, ENTITLED "AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A BRACKISH WATER EXPERIMENTAL AND DEMONSTRATION FISH FARM IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF HIMAMAYLAN, PROVINCE OF NEGROS OCCIDENTAL, APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR."

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. Section two of Republic Act Numbered Two thousand two is amended to read as follows:

"SEC. 2. The sum of fifty thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to carry into effect the purposes of this Act during the fiscal year ending June thirty, nineteen hundred and sixty-one. Thereafter, the necessary amount for the purpose shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of each year."

SEC. 10. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
