Compliance with the Minimum Escrow Deposit Reguirement under the

2023 DMW Rules and Regulation Governing the Recruitment and

Employment of Landbased Overseas Filipino Workers

Pursuant to Section 20-E, Rule II, Part II, 2023 DMW Rules and Regulations Governing the Recruitment and Employment of Landbased Overseas Filipino Workers, all landbased recruitment agencies with existing license are reminded to comply with the required minimum escrow deposit of One Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (1,500,000.00)

Agencies covered by this requirements are given until 31 July 2025 to complete their compliance. Failure to meet this requirement within the prescribed period may result in regulatory actions in accordance with existing rules and regulations.
