Objective: To facilitate the proper identification and monitoring of Tax Amnesty payments pursuant to Republic Act No. 9480, "An Act Enhancing Revenue Administration and Collection by Granting an Amnesty on All Unpaid Internal Revenue Taxes Imposed by the National Government for Taxable Year 2005 and Prior Years," and for Integrated Tax System purposes, the following ATC is hereby created: KIND OF TAX ISSUANCE/ BIR ATC LEGAL BASIS/ FORM Miscellaneous Taxes Tax Amnesty Payment on All Unpaid REASONS NO. Internal Revenue Taxes Imposed by the National Government for Taxable R.A. No. 9480 0617 MC300 Year 2005 and Prior Years II. Repealing Clause: This Revenue Memorandum Order revises portions of all other issuances inconsistent herewith. III. Effectivity: This Revenue Memorandum Order shall take effect immediately.
