SUBJECT : Guidelines for the Submission of Reports on FCDU Loans Under IOS Form 4 (Consolidated Report on Loans Granted by EFCDUs/FCDUs)
Effective immediately and in line with Monetary Board Resolution No. 378 dated April 17, 1996 amending the policy and guidelines governing EFCDUs, so as to authorize lendings to non-residents, the Consolidated Report on Loans Granted by EFCDUs/FCDUs (IOS Form 4) which is required to be submitted monthly to the Bangko Sentral thru the Management of External Debt Department is hereby modified to provide additional column/fieldname under Part A.1 (Short-term Loan Information) and Part B.I (Medium/Long-term Loan Information) to indicate if the borrower is "Resident" or "Non-Resident". Please refer to attached revised form for reference.
