AN ACT AMENDING APPENDIX A, TITLE J, PROJECTS J-000.30 AND J-000.20 OF REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED FOURTEEN HUNDRED ELEVEN.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. Appendix A, Projects J-000.30 and J-000.20 of Republic Act Numbered Fourteen hundred eleven are amended by transferring all the figures opposite financing Method 130 from under Bacolod City to Dumaguete so that these items shall read as follows:

"J-000.30 Bacolod City— a. Bacolod City wharf: RB: 400: (400): (200): (200): 1: 6: J-000.20 Negros Oriental— a. Dumaguete—Construction of R. C.

Pier RB: 600: (600): (300): (300) 130:300: 300 :300 : ...

SEC 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
