TO : THE OFFICERS AND THE MEMBERS OF THE PHILIPPINE ASSOCIATION OF COURT INTERPRETERS, INC. (PHILACI, INC.)

SUBJECT : 9th BIENNIAL NATIONAL CONVENTION AND SEMINAR ON 1 TO 3 DECEMBER 2016 AT THE SUBIC BAY TRAVELERS HOTEL, SUBIC BAY FREEPORT ZONE

The Officers and the Members of the Philippine Association of Court Interpreters, Inc. (PHILACI, INC.) will hold its 9 th Biennial National Convention and Seminar on 1 to 3 December 2016 at the Subic Bay Travelers Hotel, Subic Bay Freeport Zone.

In connection therewith, the PHILACI, INC. officers and members are hereby authorized to attend the national convention and seminar on OFFICIAL TIME/BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that there is prior permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and that there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.

The authority shall be for three (3) days only including travel time.

Ms. Marie Fe V. Cachola, National President of the association, shall submit a report on the conduct of the national convention and seminar with complete list of all court personnel who attended it to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, within ten (10) days from the conclusion thereof.
