REPUBLIC ACT NO. 1464 - AN ACT AMENDING ITEM ONE, SUBPARAGRAPH i, UNDER PROVINCIAL CAPITOLS, PARAGRAPH FOUR, SECTION ONE OF REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED TWELVE HUNDRED.

AN ACT AMENDING ITEM ONE, SUBPARAGRAPH i , UNDER PROVINCIAL CAPITOLS, PARAGRAPH FOUR, SECTION ONE OF REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED TWELVE HUNDRED.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. Item one, subparagraph i, paragraph four, section one of Republic Act Numbered Twelve hundred, is amended to read as follows:

"1. Nueva Vizcaya Provincial Capitol—(1)

Construction of Annex to

Office of Provincial Governor……………………………. P5,000.00."

SEC. 2. Insert the following item as Item seven, sub-paragraph am, paragraph four, section one of Republic Act Numbered Twelve hundred to compensate for the deletion in the preceding section:

"(7) Diffun Municipal Town Hall

Construction………………………… ……………….. P10,000.00."

SEC. 3 This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
