TO: ALL JUDGES AND CLERKS OF COURT OF THE REGIONAL TRIAL COURT AND JUDGES OF THE MUNICIPAL TRIAL COURT IN CITES, MUNICIPAL TRIAL COURT AND MUNICIPAL CIRCUIT TRIAL COURT IN BAGUIO CITY AND THE PROVINCE OF BENGUET

SUBJECT: LECTURE SERIES ON 17 AND 18 APRIL 2002 AT THE BAGUIO COLLEGES FOUNDATION THEATER, BAGUIO CITY

The Integrated Bar of the Philippines, Baguio-Benguet Chapter in coordination with the UP Law Center will hold a lecture series on 17 and 18 April 2002 at the Baguio Colleges Foundation Theater, Baguio City.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said lecture on OFFICIAL TIME but they should see to it that the court calendar is properly managed and parties are notified in advance of any cancelled hearing.

A report on the attendance should be submitted to this Office within ten (10) days from the date of activity.
