SUBJECT : Publication of Statement of Condition as of 26 March 2003

Please cause the publication of your Quarterly Consolidated Statement of Condition as of 26 March 2003, not later than twenty (20) banking days from receipt of this call, in accordance with Central Bank Circular No. 1309 dated 14 October 1991, as amended by Circular No. 208 dated 17 August 1999 and Circular Letters dated 26 April 2000 and 27 June 2000.

An advance copy of such statement shall be submitted to the appropriate supervising departments not later than twelve (12) business days from receipt of this call, while a copy of the Published Statement of Condition together with the publisher's certificate, shall be submitted to the appropriate supervising departments within five (5) business days from publication.
