Records show that a Letter dated September 29 , 2011 from Ricardo Bedayo , President of petitioner corporation , alleging that he is constrained to withdraw petitioner's appeal from this Court as it can no longer afford to hire the services of a lawyer to represent it in this case was received by this Court on October 3, 2011 . Said letter is hereby NOTED. Considering however that petitioner failed to cause the filing of the required Joint Stipulation of Facts and Issues within the prescribed period of fifteen (15) days (from September 17, 2011 or until October 2, 2011 ) as
